Job summary

Reed in Partnership invites applications for a Team Leader to drive performance-driven teams within employment and related services. You will coach staff, manage KPIs, and ensure high-quality outcomes for workers and participants across projects commissioned by the UK Government.

Qualifications

• Experience leading performance driven teams in employment, recruitment, skills, or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, quality standards and participant outcomes.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and staff development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
• Strong administrative skills, including reporting and document keeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline delivery teams to achieve employment and progression outcomes.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and bi-annual development appraisals.
• Coach and support staff to improve performance and development.
• Support recruitment and workforce planning within the team.
• Monitor KPI reports and management information to drive improvement.
• Maintain high quality service delivery and positive worker experience.
