Qualifications

• Experience leading performance-driven teams in employment or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, quality standards and participant outcomes.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and staff development skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability.
• Strong organizational, analytical and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead frontline delivery teams to achieve employment and training outcomes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
• Identify skills gaps and coordinate development actions for the team.
• Support recruitment and staffing needs for the team.
• Manage underperformance with the People team using formal processes.
• Monitor KPI reports and ensure data-driven performance improvements.
• Deliver workshops and maintain regional employer relationships.
