Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Team Leader to lead frontline performance-driven teams within the employment and skills sector. The role focuses on achieving KPIs, delivering high-quality employability support, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining a positive worker experience.

You will mentor staff, manage performance, and collaborate with People and other teams to progress development and recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a people management role leading performance-driven teams within employment or related sectors.
• Experience managing KPIs, quality standards and participant outcomes.
• Strong organisational, analytical and reporting skills.
• Minimum of two A-Levels or equivalent Level three Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic performance management meetings with staff and bi-annual appraisals.
• Mentor staff and coach for performance and development.
• Identify skills gaps and coordinate development actions.
• Support recruitment of the team and wider business.
• Manage underperformance with People team and formal process.
• Review caseloads monthly to assess impact on outcomes.
