Job summary

Hestia is recruiting a Team Leader for the Connect to Work service in the Hounslow area. You will guide a team of Employment Specialists to provide evidence-based employment support for people facing barriers to work, including mental health conditions and disabilities.

You will oversee day-to-day leadership, supervision and performance management, partner with local organisations, and drive service improvement while promoting equality and safeguarding across our community-based work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or managing employment support services.
• Experience leading teams through supervision, coaching and performance management.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and employers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Employment Specialists to deliver evidence-based employment support.
• Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with safeguarding and policy requirements.
• Develop partnerships with local partners, primary care networks and employers.
