Get Set UK is seeking a Team Leader for the Connect to Work service in Hertfordshire. You will supervise a small specialist Supported Employment team while remaining directly involved in participant support, delivering IPS fidelity and outcomes.

The role requires travel across Hertfordshire; in year one you will manage a full caseload alongside leadership duties and progressively focus on complex cases and practice oversight.

Formación

• Substantial experience supporting people with disabilities or health conditions.
• Experience supervising or mentoring colleagues in employability or related services.
• Evidence of partnership working across multiple agencies, including health services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the front, balancing day-to-day team leadership with frontline employment support.
• Provide structured supervision, mentoring and field-based support to develop practice.
• Ensure delivery remains focused on commissioned employment and sustainment outcomes, quality standards and IPS fidelity.
