Job summary

Lifeways is seeking a Care Team Leader for Warrens Shawe Lane in Edgware. You will lead a team of Support Workers delivering person-centred care to adults with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.

The role includes supervising staff, promoting independence, and ensuring high-quality records and compliance. The service operates 8am–8pm, seven days a week on 12-hour shifts, with full-time hours and benefits as part of Lifeways’ rewards program.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care required or equivalent.
• Experience as Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker helpful.
• Able to lead a team and oversee training and supervision.

The service includes a communal lounge with kitchen and TV, a secure garden with patio, and lift access. Located in a quiet residential area near Edgware town centre, it's close to shops, parks, and public transport.
