Job Title: Team Leader (Domestic Abuse)
Salary: £35,675 - £41,308
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours/week, Mon-Fri
Location: 6 Collins Street, Oxford (Hybrid) with occasional travel; driving license essential

Role Overview: As Domestic Abuse Team Leader, you will oversee support services for customers, manage a team, and ensure compliance with policies, promoting independence and safety for tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as Designated MARAC Officer.
  2. Monitor and manage team caseloads, support plans, and group programs.
  3. Report safeguarding concerns per policies.
  4. Manage and support staff, volunteers, and placements, including performance and training.
  5. Stay informed on legislation and best practices to improve services.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Driving license essential.
  • Level 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (domestic abuse qualification) desirable.
  • Experience in Domestic Abuse and MARAC processes preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in supervising staff and managing performance.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding.
  • Strong organizational skills and IT proficiency.
