Shaftesbury Aberystwyth is recruiting a Team Leader to oversee daily operations across Hafan Y Coed and Brodawel. The role requires leading staff and supporting residents, with potential to gain NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or work towards it.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding, all offers require an enhanced DBS/Access NI check. Sleep-in sessions and on-call duties are included in the package.

Formación

• Needs NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience in health and social care is desirable and beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day running of the service.
• Support the staff team and the people supported.
• Cover sleep-in sessions as required and be on an on-call rota.
