Shaftesbury Aberystwyth is recruiting a Team Leader to oversee the day to day running of our Hafan Y Coed and Brodawel services in Aberystwyth. You will lead staff and support the people we care for, ensuring a high standard of compassionate, person-centred care.

Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it. Sleep-in duties carry an extra £60 per session and there is an on‑call rota with £10 per session.

Qualifications

• Team leadership and staff support experience in a care setting.
• Experience in person-centred, compassionate care is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the service.
• Support the staff team and the people supported.
• Cover sleep-in sessions when required and participate in on-call rota.
