Job summary
Shaftesbury Aberystwyth is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of Hafan Y Coed and Brodawel services in Aberystwyth. You will support staff and the people we support, ensuring a caring and community-minded approach.
The role requires NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or willingness to work towards it, with additional sleep-in and on-call duties compensated separately.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day to day running of the service and supervise staff and the people supported.
- Cover sleep-in sessions (paid £60 per sleep-in).
- Be part of the On Call rota for the service (paid £10 per session).
