Job summary

Shaftesbury Aberystwyth is seeking a Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations across Hafan-y-Coed and Brodawel residential services. The role supports both staff and residents, with sleep-in payments and an On Call rota. NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, or willingness to work towards it, plus DBS/Access NI checks are required.

• Enhanced DBS or Access NI check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the service.
• Support the staff team.
• Support the people supported.
• Work across Hafan-y-Coed and Brodawel services.
• Cover sleep-in sessions, paid £60 per sleep-in.
• Be part of the service's On Call rota, paid £10 per session.
