Job Title: Team Leader

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Team Leader to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervise a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported
• Act as a responsible key holder
• Assist with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties
• Produce weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Place orders to maintain correct stock levels
• Delegate tasks and ensure the team is proactive at all times
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Comply with Health & Safety regulations

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
