Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated home care professional in the United Kingdom to provide nurse-led, person-centred support to clients in their own homes. You will assist a client with Huntington Disease and limited mobility, administer medications, deliver personal care, and complete administrative duties across two 12-hour shifts and two 6-hour administration days.

This role aims to empower the client to lead an enriched, independent life with dignity and purpose.

Qualifications

• UK work authorisation is required.
• NVQ/QCF in Health Care Level 2 or 3 is desirable.
• Ability to provide care for Huntington Disease, limited mobility, medication administration, and personal care.
• Willing to work 36 hours per week across two 12-hour shifts and two 6-hour administration days.
