Job summary

Centrumcarehomes in the United Kingdom is hiring for a permanent, full-time Care Supervisor role (36 hours per week) with day shifts and alternating weekends to lead the care team and ensure high-quality, person-centred support. You will administer and oversee medications, maintain accurate care plans and liaise with healthcare professionals, residents and families, with strong leadership and communication skills.

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required (Level 3 preferred).

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Medication trained.

Previous experience working in a care setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 preferred).

Flexible to work a varied shift pattern.

Available to work every other weekend.
