Village Hotels, in partnership with Starbucks, seeks a Store Manager to own and lead a high-volume Starbucks within a Village hotel. You blend iconic Starbucks culture with Village warmth, driving profitability and developing a team on the floor.

You will analyse data, forecast labour, and understand the local market while ensuring every shift is covered by a hand-picked, trained team. Flexibility for early starts, evenings and weekends is essential to truly know the business.
