Are you ready to take the next step into leadership within residential childcare? We're looking for a Team Leader to help lead and support a team of Residential Support Workers, delivering safe, nurturing, child-centred care to children and young people in our residential home.
As Team Leader, you'll work alongside the Deputy and Registered Manager, guiding your team to meet the complex needs of children and helping them build resilience, form positive relationships, and achieve their individual potential. We value dependable people who bring consistency, positivity and accountability, and who help create confident, well-supported teams and safer environments for children.
If you're ready to step up and lead with purpose, we'd love to hear from you.
