Job summary

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd. is recruiting for a Team Leader to join a children's residential home in Burton-upon-Trent. You will lead a team of Residential Support Workers to provide safe, nurturing care for children and young people, in line with Ofsted and Children's Home Regulations.

Responsibilities include safeguarding, care planning, staff supervision, and active involvement in admissions, referrals and transitions, with access to ongoing training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years' experience within residential childcare.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Good safeguarding knowledge, care planning and Children's Home Regulations.

About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced

Team Leader to join a children's residential home in Burton-upon-Trent. You will lead and support a team of Residential Support Workers, ensuring children and young people receive safe, nurturing, high-quality care while maintaining compliance with Ofsted and Children's Home Regulations
