Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Children's Residential Service.
• Diploma Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent is essential.

Salary: Up to £33,246 including Sleep ins

Hours: Average 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Job Summary:

As a Team Leader, you will:

1. Provide effective monitoring, support, and supervision to staff, acting as a positive role model in line with Care Regulations.
2. Manage staff rotas, complete daily shift queries, and ensure high-standard handovers.
3. Provide on-call cover as arranged by the Home Manager.
4. Ensure all documentation and records are completed as required.
5. Maintain positive relationships with children & young people, safeguarding them at all times.

Requirements:

• UK Full Driving Licence
• Basic Computer Skills
