CareTech Community Services Ltd in Gloucester seeks a Team Leader to oversee a team delivering person-centred support across three services. The role requires leading a Support Worker team, covering rota-based shifts and delivering high-quality care in line with individual support plans.
The post offers permanent, full-time hours at £13.79 per hour, with benefits and career progression opportunities within a large UK care provider.
Competenze
- 12 months experience leading a Support Worker team.
- Experience in mental health & Learning Disabilities environments is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and written abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to work rota including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
