Job summary

CareTech Community Services Ltd Gloucester is seeking a Team Leader to oversee a team of care staff on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers £13.79 per hour and a 37.5-hour week arranged on a rota, with evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins as required.

You will deliver person-centred support, promote independence and maintain records, working in a busy care setting that values empowerment and high-quality, community-based services.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience leading a support worker team.
• Experience in mental health & Learning Disabilities environment.
• Health & Social Care Level 3 Adults.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Excellent Written Skills.
• Good Leadership Skill.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Support activities, appointments, and community access.

Permanent | Full-time | 37.5 hours per week (rota-based)

The Role

You will:
