New Beginnings (NE) Ltd in North Tyneside is recruiting a Team Leader to supervise a team of Support Workers, empowering service users and ensuring respectful, person-centred care.

The role requires weekend and bank holiday work, sleep-ins, and an NVQ3/Diploma in health & Social care or equivalent; hourly rate £13.85–£14.05 with benefits including meals, Simply Health care scheme, career development opportunities, and six weeks’ paid holiday pro rata (plus your birthday as an extra paid day off).

Qualifications

• Experience in care and leadership roles in a similar setting.
• NVQ3/Diploma in health & Social care or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Support Workers to empower service users and ensure respectful, person-centred care.
• Oversee delivery of all aspects of support and care for service users.
• Manage irregular hours including weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins as required.
• Collaborate with the wider care team to maintain high-quality outcomes.
