New Beginnings (NE) Ltd in North Tyneside is recruiting a Team Leader to supervise a team of Support Workers, empowering service users and ensuring respectful, person-centred care.

The role requires weekend and bank holiday work, sleep-ins, and an NVQ3/Diploma in health & Social care or equivalent; hourly rate £13.85–£14.05 with benefits including meals, Simply Health care scheme, career development opportunities, and six weeks’ paid holiday pro rata (plus your birthday as an extra paid day off).

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our company, working in the North Tyneside area. The successful applicant will lead a team of Support Workers, supporting the service user in a way that empowers them to plan their lives and gives them respect and value. You will be involved in all aspects of the support and care which the service user receives.

Hourly rate £13.85 - £14.05

• Sleep in rate £95.
• Meals provided at work.
• Simply Health Care scheme (after successful completion of probationary period)
• Opportunity to develop your career.
• 6 weeks paid holiday per year (pro rata) inclusive of bank holidays - plus your birthday as an extra paid day off.

The successful candidate must have care and leadership experience in a similar setting and must hold an NVQ3/Diploma in health & Social care or equivalent.

The post will require working unsociable hours including weekends and bank holidays and sleep ins are also a requirement of the role.
