Job summary

Jubilee House Nursing Home in Whitby is seeking a Team Leader to lead the care team with confidence, compassion and professionalism. You will champion residents’ dignity, safety and wellbeing, and foster a warm, person-centred environment.

This full-time role offers up to 48 hours per week, day shifts, and a competitive hourly rate of £13.75. You will collaborate with the nursing team to update care plans and mentor staff, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding.

Hours: up to 48 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Day Shifts - 7:45am to 8:00pm

Rate of pay: £13.75 per hour
