Job summary

Lifeways Group is recruiting a Full-time Care Team Leader for Aspen House in Rushden. You will lead a team of care staff, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and help with recruitment and staff development.

The role requires strong communication and IT record-keeping skills, in a supportive residential environment. The position offers a permanent contract, 37.5 hours, and progression opportunities with funded training and recognised qualifications.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience in leading care teams and delivering person-centred care.
• Strong communication and written record-keeping abilities.
