Job summary

Lifeways is recruiting a Care Team Leader for Aspen House in Rushden, a residential service for adults with diverse needs. You will lead a team of support workers, ensure high standards of care, and support staff development while maintaining clear, accurate records.

Applicants should have NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care or equivalent and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. This full-time role is based on-site in Rushden with a supportive team and opportunities for

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in a leadership role within care settings is desirable.
• Strong communication and people-management skills are essential.
