Job summary

Manpower seeks a Team Leader for Arboriculture & Grounds Maintenance in Maidstone or Polegate. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, lead teams, and ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently, serving as the main on-site contact.

The role offers full-time temp-to-perm progression with overtime opportunities. Ideal candidates will have CS30/CS31, SSSTS, CSCS qualifications, plus leadership experience in outdoor maintenance, with willingness to work evenings and weekends as

• Experience leading teams on arboriculture or grounds maintenance sites.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and safety compliance.
• Willingness to work extended hours to cover evenings and weekends.
• CSCS card required; CS30/CS31 and SSSTS preferred.

Team Leader - Arboriculture & Grounds Maintenance
Location: Maidstone or Polegate
Pay: £125-£150 per day + Enhanced Overtime (OTE £50,000-£60,000+)
Contract Type: Full Time | Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 4.00pm - Overtime flexibility is required for evenings & weekends, when needed,
