Job summary

Greene King is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide our busy shift, ensuring customers receive a heartfelt and memorable experience while keeping the bar safe, legal and clean.

You will deputise for the management team, organise the team during peak periods and model outstanding service. We offer competitive pay, pension contributions, and generous discounts across our brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or pub environment is a plus.
• Ability to lead during busy shifts and maintain high standards.
• Role model for great service and welcoming customers.

As a Team Leader, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
