Greene King in Chester is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy bar shift with a focus on delivering memorable customer experiences. You’ll deputise for management, coordinate the team and keep service running smoothly.

Maintain high standards, ensure safety and compliance, and role model excellent frontline hospitality. If you thrive on busy peaks and lead by example, this is your next step.

As a Team Leader, you'll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You'll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

As a Team Leader, you will
