Job summary

Individual Restaurants is opening Forbici at Bluewater in Kent and is seeking a Team Leader to build and lead the new restaurant team from day one, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence.

You will shape culture, drive performance, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver the brand vision and growth.

Job description

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading the restaurant, developing a high-performing team, driving commercial results, and creating a culture where both guests and colleagues thrive. As a Team Leader (General Manager), you will:
