Job summary

Forbici, part of Individual Restaurants, is opening at Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent. As Deputy Team Leader you will support management, lead shifts when the Team Leader is absent, and coach a motivated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will work closely with kitchen and management to maintain high service standards, onboard new staff, and help grow sales opportunities while building a positive team culture across the opening.

• Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve their potential
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure service standards are consistently exceeded
• Lead by example, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere on every shift
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members
• Monitor service performance and help drive sales opportunities throughout the restaurant
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider management team to ensure seamless service
• Handle guest feedback professionally and confidently, turning challenges into positive experiences
• Help build a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture

Job description

As a Deputy Team Leader, you'll work closely with the management team to ensure exceptional service standards, a motivated and engaged team, and memorable guest experiences. You'll lead by example, support the development of your colleagues, and play a key role in delivering a successful service, every shift.

As a Deputy Team Leader, you will:
