Forbici Bluewater in Kent is seeking an experienced Team Leader (General Manager) to open and lead our new restaurant. You will inspire a brand-new team, set the pace, and build a culture of hospitality and excellence.

You will drive sales and profitability through sound operational decisions, recruit and coach talent, ensure top food quality and service, and partner with senior leaders to grow the business.

Qualifications
