Job summary

Forbici, launching at Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent, is seeking a Kitchen Porter who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and helps keep service running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will support chefs, maintain cleanliness, and follow food safety procedures while contributing to a positive team atmosphere. This role offers in-house training and a range of staff benefits as part of Individual Restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen areas clean, organised and ready for service
• Wash and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils and crockery to the highest standards
• Support chefs with deliveries, stock movement and basic preparation tasks where required
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
• Work as part of a team to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently during busy services
