Job summary

Asda is seeking an Online Team Leader in Woking to run the department day-to-day, lead by example, and ensure customers receive excellent service. The role starts at 4am and may include weekend days, 36 hours per week on a permanent contract.

You'll support stock, help new starters, and collaborate with your manager to maintain high standards and keep the team motivated on shop floor duties.

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to take on responsibility and support others.
• Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

This position is for an Online Team Leader and will require 4am start and may require working both days at the weekend.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in leading the day-to-day running of your department. You’ll lead by example—supporting your colleagues, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure our customers receive the best possible service. Whether it’s helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve a problem, you’ll be a go‑to person on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with your manager to deliver high standards and keep your team motivated and focused.
