TEAM LEADER

Location: Larpool Hall, Larpool Drive, Whitby, North Yorkshire, YO22 4ND

Contract: Full Time - Seasonal

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Reporting to: Country House Manager

Live in: Accommodation available inclusive of all bills, 3 meals per day, laundry & free Wi-Fi

What will you be doing:

Working at our Larpool Hall Country House, which provides a retreat for up to 48 guests on guided or self-guided walking tours. Your role will support the house managers in overseeing the front of house team, inducting new staff, handling general administration, and ensuring health & safety and fire policies are followed. Additional training may include First Aid or Pool Emergency Response. You will assist in preparing guest rooms, serving meals, delivering Afternoon Tea, preparing picnic lunches, and engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
