We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader to lead, inspire, and motivate at our welcoming Cooplands bakery! Our Retail Team Leaders manage the bakery in the absence of the Manager and are the right-hand person to our Store Managers.

You will be second in command, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations, promoting sales, increasing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on leading and engaging the team, food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service.
