Job summary

Costa Coffee is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the store team across shifts. You will train new Baristas, ensure coffee excellence, and maintain smooth service while adapting to busy periods. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and leadership presence on a weekend-inclusive schedule.

Shifts may start early and run until late, with on-site parking and Costa benefits. Flexibility to cover Saturdays and Sundays is essential, and you’ll join a brand focused on great
