Job summary

Ann Summers in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to drive customer excellence and lead a dynamic shop floor team. This permanent, full-time role offers hands-on leadership, KPI focus and opportunities to grow within the business.

You will coach staff, maintain visual standards, and contribute to a positive store culture while delivering strong sales and service. A chance to influence brand impact daily in a fast-paced retail environment.
