Job summary

Greene King in Warfield is seeking a Team Leader to inspire front-of-house teams and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will deputise for the management team, coordinate a busy shift, and ensure the bar operates smoothly, safely, and within guidelines.

You'll bring a keen eye for detail, a passion for service, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A positive, can-do attitude and strong English communication are essential to welcome guests and support colleagues.
