Job summary

Chef & Brewer is looking for a proactive Team Leader to guide the shift, support the team, and ensure every customer enjoys a memorable visit with great service.

You’ll deputise for the management team, keep standards high during busy periods, coordinate tasks, and help maintain a safe, clean bar with solid allergen controls and compliance.

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
