Job summary

Greene King is seeking a proactive Team Leader to enhance customer experiences at our venues in the United Kingdom. You will lead a busy shift, mentor staff, and deputise for management as needed, ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth operations throughout service.

The role emphasizes strong communication, adaptability, and a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and welcoming attitude.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving under pressure.
• Team player with a positive, proactive mindset.
• Fluent English spoken and written; understands allergen controls.

Responsibilities
