Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to oversee front-of-house operations, mentor staff, and deputise for management during busy shifts.

You will ensure a welcoming environment, coordinate a cohesive team, and maintain high standards of service and compliance across brand venues.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to ensure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Lead by example to deliver great service and a warm welcome for every customer.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt during a busy shift.
• Positive can-do attitude and strong team-oriented approach.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities
