Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensuring the team has what it needs to run smoothly and that customers are kept happy. You will model excellent service and support the management team during busy periods.

You’ll lead by example, maintaining high standards, addressing issues quickly, and fostering a welcoming, safe environment for both staff and guests. A positive, can‑do attitude and strong English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Polished customer service skills and the ability to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Experience leading a team during shifts and supporting the management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Flexible and positive attitude; a true team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
