Job summary

Turning Point in Wakefield is recruiting for a Team Leader within the Inspiring Recovery CDT Service. The role focuses on providing strong leadership to a dedicated team supporting adults dealing with drugs and alcohol use, helping service users achieve positive outcomes.

You will lead operational and performance management, promote staff development, and drive service improvements while representing the organisation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, commissioners and service users.
  • Strong communication, verbal and written, with resilience in high-pressure environments.

Job description

  • In depth understanding and ability to operationally and performance manage the functions of the team I lead
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).
  • Ability to adapt to respond to staff, commissioners/partners and people we support
  • Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
