Job summary

Venture Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, ensure the team has what it needs, and keep guests happy with warm, memorable service.

You’ll deputise for the management team, coordinate tasks during busy periods, maintain bar safety and compliance, and model excellent service with a can-do attitude. English communication and allergen awareness are essential; the role offers competitive pay and progression opportunities across Greene King brands.

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
