Job summary

Creative Support is seeking an experienced team leader to develop and coordinate supported living services across Tameside, supporting individuals with learning disabilities to maintain their independence, improve wellbeing and access personal development opportunities.

The role offers full training through Creative Support’s Development Pathway, with opportunities to progress to leadership roles and work towards the QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in care or social services.
• Ability to coordinate services and support individuals with learning disabilities.
• Willingness to complete QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate supported living services across Tameside.
• Support individuals to maintain independence and wellbeing.
• Promote personal development opportunities and training within the team.
