Job summary

Creative Support is hiring for roles in Askern, Woodlands, Adwick, and Rossington to support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will provide outcome-focused care, helping clients lead meaningful lives, maintain tenancies, and engage with their local community.

Training is provided, with opportunities to earn a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• No previous experience needed; full training provided.
• Opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outcome-focused support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism to promote independence.
• Assist with daily tasks and help clients maintain their tenancies.
• Enable engagement with local community and development of independent living skills.
• Support personal goals and wellbeing through tailored care and social activities.
• Facilitate social engagement with peers and community to encourage growth.

Job description

As a member of our team, you will support people with learning disabilities and/or autism, helping them with daily tasks to promote independence and lead fulfilling, valued lives.

In this role, you will provide outcome-focused support, enabling clients to lead meaningful lives, maintain their tenancies, engage in their local community, develop independent living skills, and achieve their personal goals. Your efforts will maximize clients’ wellbeing and independence through continuous, tailored care. You’ll also facilitate social engagement with peers and the local community, fostering opportunities for personal growth.
