Chopstix, part of QSRP, is seeking a Team Leader to lead from the front, manage shifts, and support daily store operations. You will work closely with management to drive performance, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

As a key holder, you will oversee shifts, maintain high standards, and foster a collaborative culture that delivers consistency and quality across all service areas.

Formación

As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience.

You'll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.
