Job summary

QSRP group in Leeds is seeking a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in delivering great food and memorable customer experiences. As a key holder, you'll run shifts and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

You'll coach and inspire your team, work with management to drive performance, and ensure every shift runs smoothly while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• A passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
• A hands-on approach, with the flexibility to work across all areas of the store.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate those around you.
• A positive attitude, high standards, and a desire to grow with the business.

As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience.

You’ll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.
