Job summary

QSRP group is seeking a Team Leader to drive front-line leadership and ensure exceptional customer experiences across busy shifts. You will run shifts, support daily store operations, and mentor staff to maintain high standards and a positive team culture.

You’ll be hands-on across all store areas, balancing guest needs with operational efficiency while upholding brand values and delivering consistent, flavourful service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• The ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• A passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.

We're looking for a Team Leader who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great food and outstanding customer experiences.

As a key holder, you'll run shifts, support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store, and work closely with the management team to drive performance. You'll coach and inspire your team, create a culture of teamwork, and help ensure every customer leaves with a flavour-packed experience.

You’ll lead from the front, working across all areas of the store to support your team, deliver great food and service, and keep every shift running smoothly.
