Job summary

Chopstix, part of the QSRP family, invites applications for a Team Leader role in our busy Cardiff store. Lead from the front, manage shifts, and ensure smooth day-to-day operation while delivering excellent food and customer service.

You'll coach and inspire your team, drive performance with the management team, and foster a culture of teamwork and pride. Evening and weekend availability and adaptability are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, retail, leisure, or customer-focused environment.
• Confidence leading or supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to take ownership of shifts and make decisions when needed.
• Passion for delivering great customer service and memorable experiences.
• Hands-on approach, with the flexibility to work across all areas of the store.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate those around you.
• Positive attitude, high standards, and a desire to grow with the business.
